Whatsupnet is a secure Mobile application that enables IT engineers to troubleshoot and manage their network devices from anywhere, any device and over any connection hence reducing the time to respond while taking up the network availability.

This application allows network engineers and administrators to securely connect to their network devices over their existing VPN connection on their tablets. It provides features such as device discovery, Interface Statistics, Interface Bandwidth plotting, CPU and Memory utilization plotting, Ping / traceroute along with extended options, Run Show Commands, ssh terminal, comparing running and startup config utility and all that is required to efficiently troubleshoot or manage a network device on the go. No more missing important events because of being ‘on-call’. For a limited time, until March 31, a free 60 days subscription to Whatsupnet is available for new users. A monthly subscription fee starting at 9.99 USD will apply after that.

Device Discovery
Single or multi device discovery options available. The application pulls down the hw/sw configuration of the device(s).

Interfaces
Shows all the discovered interfaces along with status and stats. You can also see the near real time bandwidth utilization graph for the selected interface.

Vitals
Ping: Real time plotting of Ping command i.e. ping from your mobile device to the network device.
Remote Ping: Near real time results of Remote Ping i.e. ping from a selected device in your network to any other device or IP address.
Traceroute: Realtime results of Traceroute command i.e. traceroute from your mobile device to the network device.
Remote Traceroute: Near real time results of Remote Traceroute i.e. traceroute from a selected device in your network to any other device or IP address.

Performance
CPU Utilization: A near real time plotting of selected CPU utilization on the selected device.
Memory Utilization: A near real time plotting of Memory utilization on the selected device.

Run Commands
Run the Show commands of your choice by simply tapping on our most common show commands or just typing in the command you want to run on a selected device. Also provides the full text search capability including wild cards.

Terminal
A fully function SSH terminal so you can do what you are best at with choice of your background color.
Compare Configuration
Compare a selected device’s running and start up config on the go.
User Preferences
Select the preferences that suit your needs and style of working.
